Service availability depends on location, product type, and schedule confirmation.

Bookings

All service bookings must be made via phone, website form, or official WhatsApp/business number.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after we verify the location and nature of the service.
In case of urgent doorstep welding work, same-day service depends on technician availability.

Quotations & Pricing

Pricing for services and products will be shared after understanding project requirements or site inspection.
Custom products (gates, grills, railings, etc.) are priced based on material, size, design, and labor.
Advance payment (typically 30–50%) is required to begin any custom manufacturing work.
Remaining payment must be cleared upon delivery or completion of service.
Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date issued.
Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Net Banking, or other confirmed options.
Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and design modifications.

Design & Customization

3D designs and images shown are for reference. Final products may vary slightly in finish or dimensions due to practical manufacturing constraints.
Customer approval is required before production begins.

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure clear access to the service area or installation site.
Provide accurate measurements or allow our team to take them.
Confirm design approval (especially for custom 3D designs) before production starts.
Be available at the time of appointment for doorstep services or delivery.
Inform us in advance if there are delays or access restrictions.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to material availability or external factors.
Installation is included only if specified in the quotation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after production has started.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only for services not rendered or in case of proven defects.

Repairs & Warranty

Repairs carry a limited service guarantee (if specified at the time of booking).
Manufactured products may include a warranty against structural defects as per product type (details will be shared in the quotation).

Term and Termination

These terms remain in effect as long as you continue using our services or website.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking or order if:

You violate any of these terms
Advance payment is not made
Site access is not available or safe

Disclaimers

3D designs and product previews are for reference purposes. Minor variations in color, texture, or shape may occur.
We are not liable for any delay due to unavoidable external factors (rain, strikes, supply shortages, etc.).
